Avoid this Starbucks. They have a super weird snd uninviting vibe. The girl at the counter was SO rude for no reason. I arrived to meet a friend. We were gonna have a coffee and he was going to show me his grandfather's coin collection (he had just passed away). He arrived about 10 minutes before me and was sitting inside waiting for me. The store was empty except for 2 other people. As I arrived, I was going to order when the girl at the counter said to my friend "are you gonna order something" in a super rude tone. He told her yes and asked her why he was talking to us like that. She went on to say "you've been sitting there 20 minutes and we have a time limit policy that you have to order something." I was at the counter ready to order as she was saying this. We are 2 forty something men on a Saturday afternoon and this kid is talking to us so rudely. I realized I'd left my wallet in the car so I said, "i'll be right back". By the time I returned, she was kicking my friend out because he asked her why she was acting like a b word. She said "we have zero tolerance for profanity", which honestly is fair but they're ok with their employees treating people like she did? It's so od

Starbucks used to be such a good chain, until they grew too much and exploded. Most locations have zero seating, discouraging studying or “coffee shop vibes”. This one has all the food and coffee options, which, for quick causal are fine and standard, but it actually has seating and great vibes. They have coffee table books, cute artwork, etc. happy nice staff even at 6am.

I loved the way Kim took initiative and acknowledged me while I was trying to order and had patience with me and did not rush me to order. I give her a 5 star in customer service, polite , courteous & friendly. Great experience:)

This spot feels like a soft pause in the middle of Anaheim’s steady flow ☀️☕. Outside - traffic, cars, the rhythm of the city... but inside everything becomes calmer, as if time is slowing down a little. The light here feels different - warm, clean, very California. It reflects off the tables, mixes with the smell of fresh coffee, and creates that quiet, comfortable atmosphere where you just want to sit for a while 🌴✨. I stopped in for a quick coffee, but ended up staying longer than planned. Something about the place makes you slow down, clear your head, and just exist in the moment 🚶‍♂️💭. People come and go, conversations blend into a soft background, and everything feels simple in a good way. A perfect little reset point — especially if you’ve been moving all day and need a calm moment to recharge.

As much bad service being publicized, Starbucks just don’t care. We stopped for a few drinks, three cold and a coffee. Two Strawberry lemonades, small cappuccino, and a mango dragon fruit. The cashier had a major attitude that shouldn’t be in contact with customers. He even made up a name for a muffin. So, another worker was passing and we asked he and received the proper name. The guy on the register just looked dumbfounded. When the orders came up, they placed the drinks in the counter and called the name “Rowena”. The pastry was tossed on the counter almost saying “screw you”. Sometimes people and businesses learn from mistakes to grow, but Starbucks keep digging a deeper hold saying I don’t need you money. Today, Feb 8 Shall Be My Last Visit to freaking Starbucks.
